  • LUNCHTIME - CHECK OUT OUR COMMUNITY FACEBOOK PAGE FOR MEALTIME SUPPORT AND CHECK-IN

  • 3PM - LIVE VIRTUAL MEDITATION WITH '“MINDFUL GUY” CHRIS GRIFFIN

  • 5PM - ATTEND AN IN-PERSON PHYSICAL TRAINING CLASS WITH A CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

  • 7PM - ON-LINE CHECK-IN WITH VIRTUAL SUPPORT GROUP TO ASSESS OUR DAY AND GAME PLAN FOR TOMORROW

  • 10PM - LISTEN TO A RECORDED BEDTIME MEDITATIONS FROM OUR LIBRARY
